Dr. Beza is the Founder of Potomac AI Labs and a doctoral-trained AI and cybersecurity leader with extensive experience developing and delivering executive AI skills-development programs for corporations, U.S. government agencies, and mission-driven organizations. He advises federal agencies and enterprise leaders on AI implementation, AI risk management, responsible AI adoption, cybersecurity governance, and practical machine learning solutions.
His doctoral research focused on detecting cyberattacks against U.S. smart grid systems using explainable machine learning — reflecting his broader mission: helping organizations use AI to solve real-world problems while ensuring AI systems remain secure, explainable, trustworthy, and aligned with business and mission objectives.
Dr. Beza brings more than a decade of U.S. federal government cybersecurity and risk management experience, big-tech governance experience from Dell Technologies, and international experience across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. As a global speaker and mentor, he has traveled across multiple continents, delivered keynote presentations, and helped many emerging professionals build confidence in technology, cybersecurity, and AI.
